This provides a consistent, non-segregated flow directly into your paver or Material Transfer Vehicle (MTV), entirely eliminating the "end-of-load" coarse aggregate piles often caused by traditional tipping dump trucks.
Thermal Profiling Compliance:
To meet strict Department of Transportation (DOT) specifications, minimizing temperature differentials during transit is non-negotiable. Our trucks feature multi-layer insulated beds and heavy-duty silicone/canvas tarps that prevent surface crusting. We guarantee your mix reaches the screed within the vital 280°F–320°F compaction window, actively preventing "blue smoke" separation and cold spots.
Expert Paver Docking Protocols:
Our drivers are rigorously trained in "soft docking" procedures. We stop short of the paver, allowing the machine to seamlessly pick up the truck. By maintaining neutral braking pressure during the offload, we prevent jarring screed settlement marks, helping your crew achieve a flawless, high-IRI (International Roughness Index) score for your project.
